  33" Caught at 2:45PM
My grandson Mason Hammond and the first fish of the day, a 33" that fought
good.  First muskie of the new season for me.  Mason netted this fish, his first
ever try at netting, but he had a good instructor.
  34" Caught at 3:30PM
This 34" muskie was twice the fish that the 33" muskie (above was).  It was a
very good fighter also.  Both muskies are alive and ready to fight again, thanks
to catch and release.  These photos were taken by J.T. Payne of Lebanon who
was fishing close by when both these muskies were caught.  Mason also netted
this one for me....getting good at the net and getting stuff to release the muskies.
  JT Payne 36"
This is JT Payne of Lebanon, he caught this 36" after I told him how I was catching
mine.  This one was caught 15 minutes after I released the 34" above.  This is
also J.T.'s first muskie ever.  Mason likes his picture taken.
  36" caught on 4-15-09
Sorry about the bad color on this picture.  Better than the last picture I took two
days later.....it never showed up in the camera and the fish was a 42" "Big" muskie,
it was one of those very stocky and weighty fish.  I would have estimated it at
around 23#.  The above fish is a 36" caught on 4-15-09.

  44" Muskie Caught 6-6-09
Fishing with Gary Neely when I caught this really beautiful muskie.  This fish was
quite the fighter.  I didn't like doing it but I had to put it on the floor of the boat to
get the hooks out.  Normally I do that while in the net in the water but this muskie
just would not quiet down, so I had to take him/her out of its element an quiet it down.

Josh Wollberg and his first ever muskie, a 45" beauty that put up a very good fight on a muskie day.
  43.5" Muskie On June 15, 2009
This big 43.5" Muskie hit on a cloudy cool morning on 6-15-09 and really put on a good fight.
Joey and a couple of fish he caught
Here are a couple of pictures of Joey and a couple of bass he caught in the evening
before bad thunderstorms chased us off of the lake early on the 10th of June.
Jodie and a nice white bass.
Here is Jodie and a white bass she caught in the evening of June 10th before the
thunderstorms made us get off of the lake.  We really had some bad storms,
there were tornado warnings all over the area, thankfully none were on the ground.
Bob and a nice white bass
Bob with a nice white bass we caught trolling on the evening of June 12.

Paul Summerville with a nice 34" caught on 7-4-09 while we were going
through a nice cool spell that lowered the water temperature enough to let
us fish for these toothy critters.
  Dave Tully 40" on 9-4-09
Dave Tully with his first ever muskie a 40" 0n 9-4-09 that really put on an
excellent battle,  Dave didn't do bad on his end either.  Pete Robinson who
was fishing nearby observed the battle this fish put on.
  Joe Dockray 39.75
Joe Dockray with his first ever muskie a 39.75" on 9-4-09, another good fighter.
Luckily for Joe this fish was a little shorter and Dave had to buy dinner
that night for having the longer muskie.  Pete Robinson who was fishing nearby
saw the battle that this fish put on also.....
  Earle Hammond 32"
Earle Hammond with a 32" caught on 9-6-09 at 830AM.  Pete Robinson who

  Alisha Robinson 41"
Alisha Robinson and her first muskie ever a 41" beauty.  Alisha now has her own
muskie fishing equipment.  Nice Catch Alisha.....Pete Robinson did not see this
one and the excellent job Alisha did of getting the fish to the net....What happened
Pete?
Alisha's 41 in the Big Kahuna Net

  Chris Schroeder 41" 9-20-09
Chris Schroeder caught this nice 41" on 9-20-09.  I won't go into the details of the catch but it was different....nice muskie.
  Mike Ehrhardt 41" 9-22-09
Mike Ehrhardt caught this very nice 41" muskie on a Top Raider....This is Mike's first muskie and something that a lot of muskie fishermen/women have not had the opportunity to catch.  Nice Going Mike!"!!!!!
  Tom Jacobs 24" 9-25-09
Tom Jacobs caught this feisty 24" on 9-25-09 and this little fella put up a very good little fight.  We also had about 4 more muskie encounters that day.  It seems like
the muskies this size are very active this year and it makes for some good fun.
  Little fighter Tom Jacobs
I liked this picture I took of Tom's muskie before I took the hook out of its mouth.
  Me 9-30-09 45/5
I caught this 42.5 on 9-30-09 really a good fighter also.  The muskie are really
averaging between 38-42 inches this year on Pomme de Terre.  Like it reads
on the muskie below we had 2 fish in the boat and 7 other muskie encounters.
  Roger Smith 36" 9-30-09
Roger Smith caught this real nice 36" muskie on 9-30-09.  This fish really put up
an excellent fight.  We had 2 fish in the boat that day and 7 other muskie encounters.
Earle Hammond 42" Lac Suel caught on a 16" lure
  This is a 42" that I caught on a 16" lure, thought I might have had a 50"+ fish
because that is what I was targeting.  I am not complaining about the 42". I
was fishing up north at Lac Seul in Ontario on 10-14-09, it snowed on us every
day, but thankfully it was not much more than a dusting, chilly though.  This was
a very heavy fish.  Truth be known, I think muskie fishing at Pomme is just as good.
  Rick Richmond
Rick Richmond with a nice little muskie caught on 11-11-09.
